Shipment Processing Time
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is free on all orders. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be delivered. All orders will be shipped via UPS.
* Expedited shipping is available upon request. Contact us via email or telephone for expedited shipping rates.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We can ship to any freight forwarder within the Continental United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Dispenser Factory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
All products are made to order. All sales are final.
